The highs and lows.

Studing in the Uk has always been my dream, so it was a dream come true for me when i arrived the UK, with the nice evironment very conducive for studies and coupled with the nice and friendly people around, it was splendid.

However, my joy and exictement were interupted by some factors i later come to know as "critical incident'. I started expriencing some difficulties for instance the food, the food here is very different and trying to make my own type of food i could not get the ingridients, it took me alittle while before i got use to the food and also the cold weather, which is quite different from my country. Then i also had to make new friends that was not much of a problem because i am good at making new friends.

All in all, at a point i knew i had to grab the bull by the horn and take hold of the suituation, so i began to tackle one problem at a time, and so far as i can say it is working for me because i seems to be doing well right now and the journey i know will be worth the miles.

Referendum

On the 3 of March 2011 question was asked in the National Assembly of wales for those who are for or against the Welsh Assembly now to be able to make laws on all matters in the 20 subject areas it has power for. Votes were casted.  Results.
63.5% of people voted yes in the Assembly.
36.5% of people voted no in the Assembly.
Needless to say that the majority carried the vote.
So it was approved.
Now Welsh government can now be able to make laws on all subjects in the 20 devolved areas without first needing the agreement of th UK government. However the non-devolved areas for exa,ple defence and taxation, still remains the responsibility of the UK government.

Reflection on the presentation.

The prensentation went fine but i still have to work on a few things. Firstly i did not reference my PPT slides but now i have got a clue on how to reference the PPT slides.
Secondly, i will have to make more eye contact to the audience, for a better communication, i also have to do more of the body language.
I also have to edit the words in my presentation, that is the capital letters and the red line.

                                                Time Management
Anther important aspect when it comes to PPT is time management. I really have to work on my time management to make my PPT slides equal to the time of my presentation. To avoid finishing before my thing or still oresenting when the time is up.
