The word 'POSH'.

The word ''POSH'' dates back a long way to well-to-do passengers on ships travelling between England and India used to POSH written against their bookings, which in full meaning stands for ''port out, starboard home' which indicates a very comfortable cabin on the ship. The word came in use but the origin became popular in the 1930's.

Welfare.
  • The retirement age in my country is 65years or 35years of services. It is the same for both men and women.
  • Their is an old age pension in my country but it is only the retired civil servant workers benefits from it.
  • There is no benefits for unemployed in my country.
  • We have benefits such as, House benefit, maternity benefits and death grant for government workers.
  • We have social workers in my country but they are not popular.
  • My country have charities in my country such as Kanu heart foundation, SOS Childrens village etc.They get their revnues through
  • In my country there is no organization equivalent to citizens Advice Bureau in your country.
  • The main emergency telephone nummber in my country is 199.
  • The nurse uniform in nigeria.
